A Sydney studio built one bracket at a time.
We started as a two-desk coaching room above a Harris Street cafe and grew into a full broadcast house serving players and organisers across New South Wales. Every milestone below is a real chapter in that record.
- 2016
The first coaching desk
Two analysts began running VOD reviews for local ladder players out of a shared office two blocks from Central Station.
- 2019
Studio A opens on Bay Street
We fitted out a soundproofed practice room and a two-camera casting booth, hosting our first ticketed LAN for 64 competitors.
- 2022
Broadcast wing added
A dedicated control room, observer rigs, and replay operators let us produce nationally streamed grand finals end to end.
- 2025
Academy passes 480 graduates
Our structured coaching pathways have now lifted more than 480 players at least one full rank, tracked over a season each.

Three coaching blocks took me from Platinum 2 to Diamond 1. The VOD homework was brutal but it is exactly what fixed my mid-game rotations.
We ran our 128-player LAN out of Studio A and the broadcast looked national-level. Casters, replays, the lot — all handed over the same night.
The bootcamp week reset our whole roster before qualifiers. Structured scrims in the morning, review every afternoon, and a genuine mental-game session.
